Phylicia Thompson, Researcher

Phylicia is interested in the intersection of religious influences and human experiences of young people and hopes to assist in helping Springtide clients understand society’s impact on young people’s social and behavioral responses. Phylicia is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in educational policy studies with a concentration in quantitative research, measurement, and statistics. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from Albany State University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Spelman College. Phylicia enjoys traveling and spending time with her 4-year-old daughter and other family members.
